AUGUST NEWSLETTER: NEW SEASON – SAME GLORY! 🍂🏆🙏🏾

HELLO AUGUST, RG FAMILY —

Long time, no chat, Reign and Glory family.

After some much-needed rest and wrapping up the final month of Q4 for the business, I couldn’t be more grateful that I still get to do this. This journey isn’t easy but I’m learning that through rest comes peace and a deep trust in God.

I’ve taken time to sit, process, and listen. And as I type this, I’m still in the process of still learning, still trusting. But I have to ask: Are you waiting on something... yet haven’t seen it unfold yet?

So many people around me are waiting for the “yes,” for the “next,” for something more. And in that waiting, I’ve learned that what anchors us is the truth of God’s word.

This month, I’m calling us into agreement but first:
Let’s stop the negative self-talk. Let’s limit distractions.
Let’s speak life again. Let's reduce our control. Let's surrender!
Let’s step boldly into what the Lord is calling us to. Let's trust him!

This month, I’m declaring VICTORY. We are Falling into Victory.

It’s easier said than done, I know. I’m right here with you, preaching this to myself too. But when we shift our focus from what’s lacking to what God says, it changes everything. His word is YES and AMEN.

Yes, it might be hard right now. Yes, things might feel stuck. But I trust a God whose plans are good! Who brings beauty out of brokenness. And when we stay attached to His truth, His word, and His presence, we’ll bear fruit. And not just any fruit but a harvest more abundant than we could ask or imagine. You are so loved. You got this. Just keep going.

This might be a new season, but it’s the same glory. Seasons change but He remains the same.

Monthly Scripture Reflection: "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples." John 15: 7-8 NIV

Prayer for the Month of August: Lord, I pray that your sons and daughters would remain in you, rooted in your truth and aligned with your calling over their lives. Silence the lies, the doubt, and the noise that surrounds us. Replace it with your Word, your peace, and your presence. We know you never promised a life without hardship, but you did promise to be with us. And in you, we lack nothing. Strengthen us in this season. May we step forward in boldness, knowing that with you, all things are possible. We declare victory over our lives because you already won it for us. In Jesus’ name, amen.
